I find it funny as in plenty of classes at our school there are same sex parents now, the kids literally don’t give a crap.
I’m really feeling like the mass of culture war hate is dying out, they will always have lost people, but the large support of boomers is slowly ebbing away over time

The only surprising thing is that it’s taken until 2022 for this to happen.
And for the ‘just let kids be kids’ brigade – there are already several hetero couples in the show, and that hasn’t corrupted the little ones, so there’s absolutely no reason to think a gay couple would. If you think otherwise, you’re homophobic, it’s as simple as that.

What’s with the needless insertion of sexuality and identity politics into it? There’s no need for it at all. The only thing it’s for is so the makers of the show can smugly say to the parents, “Check out my political ideology! Aren’t are just the most progressive and woke human being on the planet? It would be nice if they extend thos in future to include two dads also. I feel lesbian relationships having children is much more accepted these days than the stigma surrounding two men bringing up children.
