News says the guy is shyzo who believes in the conspiracy theory that the pandemic is a hoax, like a population control tool. He tried to arrange a terror attack, brought a bomb there but was stopped by a guard coz he didn’t have a mask, so he began shooting.
In Romania a guy was taken out in the fields, beaten, tortured and then humiliated by peeing on him by some police officers for pointing out to them that they should wear the mask.
