It really is amazing how little people care about the shared environment. The level of selfishness and ignorance is just astounding.
So, I see a lot of posts complaining about these. I agree, this is a mess, and it’s excessive. But what’s the solution? A dedicated parking area for them? Fines?
Was this during Blockfest? I think the tram wasn’t running that day due to some accident or another and buslines were also being iffy for whatever reason, so these things were really out in force as people didn’t really have a lot of other options.
Not that they’re not a nuisance in general, but not quite to this extent.
million street missiles, one helmet per herd. Darwin award mobiles
You know how people get payed for picking those up and taking them to a charging station? Pay them more
Please can we just get rid of these already
Blockfest, and they literally blocked the paths.
How cool is being in Finland?
It’s a wonderful system but (a part of) it’s users lack of education will be it’s downfall.
I would honestly say, ban them. Why? Because they are not an ecologically sound method of transport. Recycling issues. They are used by people who would otherwise walk, use a bike, other public transport. They have very little if any benefit for society and one could argue that they actual are a negative for society.
