The things people do / don’t get sent to jail for here is so strange.
How does this get a prison sentence but a guy who threatened and tried to stab an escort in the face get a suspended sentence? Or the guy who broke into the woman’s house and sexually assaulted her?
Sounds messy rather than “trashed” with the exception of “smears on the wall” whatever that might be. At least she’ll have a roof over her head for 6 months.
Seems very odd giving a squatter jail and not raved violent men……or worse. 🤔
