It should be legal for coppers to give animal abusers a good kicking in the cells. Throw a kitten out a car or set a dog on fire or whatever. When you’re nicked, look forward to getting some size 12 boots in between your legs.

Nobody needs to do this, ever. There are tons of people, myself included, who would happily house an unwanted kitten.
