Ah yes, a polish subreddit laughing at two other polish subreddits that are fighting each other. You can’t get any more polish
Because we’re Polish and fighting is what we do best. And if we got no one to fight then we fight ourselves, you know for practice.
r/polska has teenagers as mods, try talking to them and you’ll loose some brain cells. I got banned for something that wasn’t bad, they just misunderstood. How the mods replied was something else, like a kid that didn’t get what they wanted.
I have seen posts complaining about racism in poland here, but all of that came down to cultural differences, not actual racism. All it was was them being friendly, smiling at people and trying to small talk with random strangers, they got disapproving stares and thought they were being judged on the colour of their skin, not their behaviour.
Of all things, I expected r/Polska to be fresh and r/Poland to be infested with Lewica electorate, but somehow it’s the opposite.
When I lived in the UK I successfully avoided both subreddits. But now that I live in Poland permanently again, they keep getting recommend due to “being popular in your area”, and by far, r/Poland has healthier debates and less “PiSs bad” rhetoric and actually being an informative sub.
PSA. happy to be back again, and don’t let r/Polska make u think it’s as bad as they say it is.
