Quiztime: I asked an art-AI to generate images of Swiss Cities for me. For some it worked quite well. Can you guess which is which? I’ll post the correct solution later.

    I entered “the city of X” and the used the “no style” option. Sometimes I did a few times when it showed nothing or was very unclear.

  2. 1 geneve, 3 lausanne, 4 bern, 9 lucerne, 7 montreaux, 8 basel, 6 zurich

    Edit: 2 could be sion

    Edit 2: in order and with reasoning.

    1. Geneve. The headland looks like the parc east of paquis that divides geneve from nyon. Low rise apartments are common in west geneve.

    2. Sion. Built on the valley floor with the valais valley either side very steep. Has a river i forget which flowing through and a great deal of farmland around it.

    3. Lausanne. Lots of marinas down at sous-gare. Nowhere has mountains that high that close to a lake.

    4. Bern. The wier gives it away.

    5. I still dont know. Its too green for basel. It could be zurich but id expect water. Maybe lugano but again….lake?

    6. Zurich. Low mountains and a lake. Looks pretty similar to how it looks when you fly in.

    7. Montreaux. Giant motorway by a lake.

    8. Basel honestly just because landschaft is full of mountains and the backdrop makes sense. Looks a bit too historic for basel though.

    9. Lucerne. Easy. Walls in hills and a bunch of wooden bridges
