  1. > Mrs Marsh’s death came in the wake of that of 15-year-old Natasha Ednan-Laperouse, who died in 2016 after eating a Pret baguette containing sesame seeds, bought at Heathrow Airport.

I suppose we should consider this a reminder that if you suffer allergies to such an extent that a whiff of something might actually kill you, to not entrust your life in a chain of workers. Any of them may make a mistake.

  2. Shame on those people that stepped over her while she was on the floor, fucking disgraceful excuses for human beings.

  3. This is exactly why regulation exists. An overseeing body forcing the manufacturer to list *all* the present ingredients, no matter the amount. The only ones profiting from deregulation are Brexit fat cats, disaster capitalists and other shady characters catering to their cartels. This is why US is largely unregulated and the EU, very rigorous about it. Which do I pick? Hmmm, let me think about it for a few days.

  4. It’s so sad. Having an allergy like that must be incredibly debilitating.

How come the epipen didn’t work?
