I just bought an A180 2007 as my first car. The person driving it to my place scraped the passenger side against a post and put a dent in it. I haven’t even registered it yet and it got dented. Is possible to replace the side panel? Or do I have to replace the entire door?

You can get dents pulled/filled and repainted at either car bodywork shops (do the mobile people exist in Germany?)
It’s often possible to replace just the outer layer but as your car is 15 years old now a different panel will stand out as the sun will have done it’s work on the paint on the car at a likely different rate to the replacement panel, a body shop will blend the paint so the repair is hardly noticeable
