4. Did they not agree through their unions to join Irish Water? I don’t get it?

5. I don’t really understand what they are protesting about tbh.

   It’s been 10 years in the making, they are being given a choice to go or not, and getting 3k on top. And there is no change to their exiting t&Cs.
