It has a serious proper-ness problem. Streets are dirty, vandalism is rife, there are gangs on many corners and – worst of all – people pee in a lot of random places. For example corners in the metro, less traveled streets, gangways, etc. Some of its stations are also quite dingy. And no the “it’s a big city with big city problems” is not an excuse. London is similar size-wise, and while hardly at Zurich or Singapore levels, is still considerably more well kempt than Paris.
I thought that this might be another article about new faults found in the French nuclear plants.
Well then they should rainforce the Paris so it stop cracking.
