   Honestly damage is easily avoided with a good cover (spigen, uag or otterbox) and tempered glass. Theft is another story but you also need to check what they will refund you when the phone is getting older and how much this insurance will cost you over the life span of the phone which would be 2-3 years or longer if you replace the battery
