Paddy Power gave me a free scratch card last year for Cheltenham, I won 50 quid and put it on a double that came in at 20/1. Now I’m restricted. Before this role she was Director of the Private Residential Tenancies Board, the PRTB. This state agency has been proven to be fairly toothless and ineffective.
