Looks like a modern painting or a cool camo design. And I love it as much as I hate it. It’s beautiful and has it’s charm, feels like home, but so would be forests that were originally everywhere where those fields are.
It’s also one of the most efficient shapes for. Machine work, since there are barely any turnarounds.
