Hello all,
I recently moved to Lausanne for a visiting PhD student stay. I would like to print some of the photos I have taken to send as postcards to my wife back in Canada.
I have been made aware of [ifolor.ch](https://ifolor.ch) and Migros’ printing service, but it seems overkill to me to order photos online. Surely I can simply print my photos off of a USB somewhere? In Japan, I could print photos at convenience stores and in Canada I could find similar services in malls and Walmart.
Thank you in advance. 🙂

Post has a service that allows you to create 1 free post card from your photos and it will send it to the address of your choice.
Printing services are not very common here – unlike in Germany, for example. Unfortunately, I can’t name a shop where it’s easily possible. However, the Swiss Post has an app that allows you to send postcards with your own photo: [https://www.post.ch/de/briefe-versenden/briefe-aufgeben/postcard-creator-app](https://www.post.ch/de/briefe-versenden/briefe-aufgeben/postcard-creator-app) It’s CHF 3.30 for sending it abroad.
You can find self-print booths in most of the big Migros (MM or MMM)

The swiss mail has a great app called PostCardCreator that allows you to do just that. It even lets you send postcards for free once a day.
