These are named “Kranzauszeichnung”. They’re given to shooters if they pass a certain points tally.
Exemple: at the Feldschiessen you need to make at least 57 points out of 72 to get the medal.
Most the medals in the picture are from the Feldschiessen. They are mostly quite common. Maybe there is a collectors market, but I’m not aware of it.
Most swiss people have medals from grandads past down to them.
I myself have the medals from my grandad and my own medals also.
The one in the top right is super rare and would’ve been worth 12’000 CHF.
