The Flemish regional government sites are such bloated garbage. It looks really fancy but it is full of dead links and outdated pages. The federal govt looks like trash but is at least functional. And then there’s the 90’s gem that is the Belgian Staatsblad/Gazette
Ironically, this could be incompetence covered by satire. Pretty Belgian if you ask me.
Incompetence at its best, wait until you meet the Inburgering staff. I’ve never before met such a bad orgaisation

I just googled “adressen binnenlands bestuur” and got the right page as first result:
