This map is very misleading. I will give you 1 example. Vietnam is listed as having more tanks than Russia has lost. On paper that is true. However, they have only 64 not-so-modern T-90 tanks. Other stuff is so ancient it would be decommissioned in the West, and not even worth donating to Ukraine because of zero utility
