Yeah, he’s cancelled after this. That’s just despicable.
Stuff like this makes dismissing capital punishment much more difficult.
It takes 2 to tango and if neither talks then…. Do not blame someone else for your own actions. Besides, U=U. Undetectable = Uninfectious. So why should he disclose anything? He has not put anybody at risk. There is zero chance of him passing HIV to his partner. Gareth Thomas has talked a lot about his journey with HIV and his medication. He’s also broken down a lot of barriers. It’s a shame the public don’t keep up with the science. And btw. Did you know if you’ve ever had a cold sore legally you have to disclose to any partner? How many people do that? Cold sores can be passed on. HIV when on meds cannot. Keep safe and enjoy your “fun time’s” 😍
So why has he not been arrested? Why is this only a civil case for damages?
Why is this not a criminal case?
Morally 100% he should have told. Legally its an interesting case it will need to be proven he was off his meds. These days hiv meds make you very unlikely (almost impossible) to pass hiv on if there taken correctly. I don’t know the law but isn’t it rape to give someone hiv?
People like this guy is why I ask for HIV status/last time someone has been tested before doing anything sexual with them. Cannot trust anyone you meet nowadays

That’d be like if you were dating a serial killer but not knowing they’re a serial killer in the first place. And then when you find out that they’re a serial killer, they act all shocked and offended with you because you never asked them if they was a serial killer in the first place!
And Jeffrey Dahmer’s victims never asked whether he intended to kill and eat them.

It is like feeding someone with known food allergy meal with allergen in and expecting absolution as ”but they didn’t asked if there is allergen in it”.
Sometimes people go lower than you can imagine.
Utterly indefensible behaviour but there’s a whole heap of people cheering him on so he’ll keep selling his sob stories to the papers.
