They are willing to do anything except raise the fucking wages to a decent level which would help with recruitment and retention of home grown nurses. This overreliance on foreign nurses will do nothing but keep wages stagnant and thus the cycle continues.

Worked overseas for a number of years, and found the dentists in both Morocco and Egypt to far better than any UK dentist I’ve ever seen
I have seen similar title few years ago. If things were done back then we could have a bunch more of newly qualified dentists by now…Ah, never mind…
