Not sure about custom-made, but we’ve recently purchased two of this type of system from LANDI. They are a bit fiddly to put together, but quite good so far.
I have exactly the one from the picture, it’s from migros do it garden and it’s really good.
As others have already mentioned, you can find these almost everywhere. Not sure what you mean by custom made though.

Were you able to specify dimensions to landi staff or were these ready to pickup standard dimensions shelves?
It’s called “Slotted angle rack”
Search for Errex Regale. They have a modular system for this with all kinds of sizes, so you can hopefully find something that fits, and are located close to the Airport. Afaik not full custom parts tho.
