Hmm – there’s a reference to the ministers recent answer to the joint committee on foreign affairs and defence. Best I can identify the most recent meeting of that committee is here. Minister Coveny is asked about RAF overflight but he seems to state pretty directly that there are no arrangements with the RAF permitting that. Not sure how to hat can be described as misleading.
