I hate it when they are disrespectful to a lying, arrogant, self obsessed idiot who should never have been given the keys to No10
Didn’t go far enough, it should’ve been an hour
I thought it was spot on.
I stopped watching after about 5 minutes as it seemed more like a Boris Johnson tribute show.
They should have let Emily Maitlis host it.
It’s satire….. honestly grow some thick skin. When did lampooning political figures become such a problem. If it was May or Starmer im sure that they wouldn’t say that it needed reviewing before airring it…
It was pretty weak tbh. Felt very rushed and lacking substance. Should’ve been very easy to make this a decent episode, lord knows theres enough content.
Honestly, I was very disappointed with the BBC for showing this programme. It was nowhere near brutal enough.
Right wingers are such snowflakes.
If they think this was brutal… should hear what people say on the streets about this clown
Should have just been an episode of would I lie to you, except every ridiculous story is something Boris did.
The only way this could be considered “divisive” is if there are people out there who cannot stand being confronted with the awful truth…
The worst part is that this bumbling fuck won’t face any consequences for any of his actions (or lack of action) over the past few years.
I’d love for him to just sit in the middle of a city, no security, and let him hear/endure the opinions of real people.
“Brutal”… as it showed recordings from Johnson’s past featuring Johnson digging himself extra deep holes. LMAO. Compared to Johnson’s own words shown in the episode, all comments from others were soft subtle comedy…
Soon he will have all the time in the world to make boxes and bus models….
Conservative voters are being the sensitive fairies they constantly try accuse the left of being. Grow up.
Brutal? It was so mild you could sell it as no tears shampoo
So what were the inaccuracies in the programme? Plenty lies – but all from BoJo.
It was hilarious, trike HIGNFY at its finest.
The fact that it “divides” people tells you everything you need to know about the state of this country. We should all be lambasting the fucking cunt.
Disgraceful? These people need to fuck off. He’s a fucking disgraceful person and an even worse PM.
Can I assume “episode divides BBC viewers” is code for “most people didn’t give a shit either way, but here are some tweets from grumpy nutters”?
Did they fess up to their own culpability in selling his “harmless eccentric” act to the public?
Nothing on there was fabricated it was just clips from Boris’s past exploits. Great humour and in keeping with years of satire.
That wasn’t brutal- it was tepid criticism which can be seen anywhere
I’d have given 5minutes of a monologue where he was free to say what he really thought
My view: Boris has always been a feckless ego driven individual with little understanding of morals- he might be smart but he uses every ounce of his intellect to benefit only himself, get his end away and have a good time- being prime minister for him was never about serving the country or its people but getting to sit in the big chair and have people look up to him, getting to say he’d held the position. He’s good at getting chunks of society to like him and presenting himself as a bumbler- that’s his one trick and sadly that isn’t sufficient to being a 21st century prime minister. He’s essentially a self serving conman who I’d be ashamed to call a friend or to have as a member of my family
Tories are bullies.
They punch down, you can’t punch back up at them.
They reside in a realm of privileged civility that allows them to do things like burn £50 notes in front of the homeless, you can’t mock them, they’re better than you, a higher class, so that’s rude, incivil, uncouth, and any number of other forms of tone policing they regularly use to silence criticism and dissent.
Totally Brutal, showing clips of him talking, saying the stuff he said, totally unfair I tell ya, unfair!
Just watched it. I think they were fairly tame and could have been a LOT harsher. Anyone saying they were harsh need to take their rose-tinted glasses off.
What a shit article. Just because a small handful of toffs on twitter criticised it, doesn’t mean it divided opinion.
Man monumentally fucks entire nation through mixture of greed and corruption and some people still think he should be respected.
Translation : Poor mental health prevents portion of UK public from making reasonable judgements.
Im glad they ripped the piss out off the piggy little merkin.
People may have found it funny, but there wasn’t many jokes. It was outtakes of Boris best bits, the guy is a clown in everything he does. BBC just played the tape
An entire article in a national newspaper dedicated to an argument on Twitter.
Typical Snowflake Tories
Thin-skinned snowflakes.
I get the feeling a lot of the people calling for ‘respect’ were totally cool about the story of soldiers using pictures of Corbyn for target practice a few years ago.

Just a feeling mind you.
