It’s kinda sounding like Russia is doing this because it wants Ukraine to act as a buffer state for NATO/US.
Does this actually make sense?
If they took Ukraine then there wouldn’t be a buffer state there regardless… am I missing something?
Ukraine should make up their mind and prepare for total war already. It is time to face the bully. Once a war starts, maybe Russian people come to senses and overthrow Putin…if not may they end up in the frontline.
Almost everyone now learned to use the refugees card to make the EU do something, this is just sad.
Crossing fingers that Ukraine doesn’t end up in a civil war, because they’ve been through enough as a people.
But this looking like posturing of the powers using bs cold war reboot rhetoric while select folks in the nations involved fill their coffers.
The refugee threat was a nice touch.
Ukraine is in Europe.

NATO countries should support Ukraine in every possible way, including financial help and deliveries of war materials.
