I just wonder how much longer will it take until politicians fix this.
The nurses deserve better pay and better working conditions. This society can provide both of those things if it just wants to.
Politicians have to fix this because the whole problem is their fault. Politicians have made ”savings” and tried to make hospitals etc. more ”efficient” for years and here is the result: nobody wants to work there anymore, those who do are overworked, patients do not get the care they need as quickly as they should etc. etc.
All I’m saying is that as a citizen of Finland and as a taxpayer in this country I want this issue fixed. So those with the power to fix, get to work, right now. If you wait any longer we won’t have working public health care anymore.
