Any [Tado](https://www.tado.com/de-en) users here?My heating is controlled using the Tado thermostat (and bridge). My boiler is Junkers (ZWN-18 7KE2…). During the summer used the touch buttons (did not install the app) on the thermostat to set the temperature to arbitrary low value (like 5 degree C). The heating was completely “turned off” and was all good. Last week when I wanted to test if the heating is working, I increased the temperature using the thermostat and also the app to 18 degree C and found the heating to be working. Problem is when I set the heating to “off” using the app (or a low value like 5 degree C), the heating is still not completely turned off. It’s still slightly warm. Upon opening the thermostat on the wall I found one of the wire is loose [https://imgur.com/a/96OmOhC](https://imgur.com/a/96OmOhC)
Any ideas what I need to do on the hardware/in the app for heating to work properly?
While you’re at it, any ninja tips for saving gas during the upcoming winter?

That’s the grounding wire. It shouldn’t affect how the heating works, but not having it connected might be a safety hazard (not an expert though, might be ok in this case).
