Both of these are small brands that might have stuff you are interested in. Not really vintage, but original and colorful.
JF curated have genuine vintage clothing.
By Linn Andersen does a lot of upcycling and makes kimonos etc.
Safran Fashion makes environmentally conscious clothing.
