Yup, had it happen to me before 6 years ago(different VDAB person ofcourse). I didn’t report it higher up sadly, but notified the person directly I wasn’t very pleased with it.
Had a small business do that to me last year. I pointed out if anyone was interested in competing with him, he just gave them a mailing list starter kit for free….
A simple reply all full of curse words should fix that.
Bonus points for adding extra people
100% a GDPR violation, if anyone reported him that could lead to a ridiculously high fine afaik

If VDAB has jobs where people make and sending out job emails like this, there should be no option for Ronald to even use regular recipients, no matter in what field you put them.

I received a group mail last week from a coordinator for a bachelor in ICT from Vives hogeschool. Everyone in CC.
Ik moet regelmatig mails sturen naar +500 mensen. Meestal vanuit Mailchimp maar uitzonderlijk een snelle update via de gewone Outlook. Ik check die BCC honderdduizend keer, maar het blijft eng.
It’s a mistake everyone can make. Give the guy a break.
My local car wash did this as well. Contacted them but they didn’t see the problem. Few weeks later they did it again so I sent out coupons for a free wash to everyone. That made them stop.
