Don’t like the decision, well… Elect different people who will make different that creates a different council who might better represent your choices on how to follow through with the initiatives. To, essentially demand a revote based on results you don’t like is counter productive to democratic process. The time to defeat this was with the initial request to buy referendum, and that failed… Sorry?
I probably should have added a /s to the title.
I mean SRF has always had trouble to get their journalists’ leftist views out of their content. They do an ok job, but they’re far from good at it.
But this article… This is just blatantly left wing “oh no our illegal initiative will have no effects” whining. How cas something like this slip through the checks of political neutrality?
Edit: Just to make it absolutely clear. I’m **not speaking about the video**, I haven’t even watched it, I never watch their videos. The video is just decoration for an article and the article is the thing I take issue with.
As far as my impression, yes and no camps got shown the same amount of time, BR usually has their own clock. Or am I missing where SRF should have been biased?
SRF is absolutely political. In a recent documentary about people living on the land and playing Hornussen, they were propagating against the factory farming initiative by giving a segment to a guy who was complaining the initiative was an attack against honest people like him who treat their animals well, completely ignoring that he wasn’t even affected by the initiative since he kept a small number of cows on meadows (which isn’t even factory farming).

Pure disinformation as usual
This is a artice of opinion, not news. I see no problem here.
Looks like you don’t like facts.
Well you have to accept the will of the people whether you like it or not. People voted to buy jets so jets are being bought. Trying to vote on this AGAIN is nonsensical. SRF must learn to accept this. Just like people decided to keep SRF around, a decision I had to learn to accept.
I worked there and I can tell you many stories if you want
SRF has a pro establishment bias (which is not suprising for state meda) and synchronizing its geopolticial orientation to the nato narrative (which is not so cool for a “neutral” country, but on the other hand also not suprising, as switzerland is fully implemented into the western system)

Ok?
Ultimately, you all voted to let them buy jets.
