Saw an [optimistic video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4aZfMbhAb_o&ab_channel=TechWorld) predicting what will 2100 will be like.
By the time I’m elderly, I hoping they have medical treatments that reduce the negative effects of aging. Don’t want to spend my last years (maybe even decades) doting in a chair.

Fucks no
If there’s an incoming technological singularity and I reach that point alive and somewhat healthy, then I would expect to live for a *very* long time.
Can’t stand videos like that. There isn’t actually any content in them that’s been done by whoever uploaded it and they rake in the views.
Maybe and no
Nope, nor do I want to
Don’t plan on it. If I live long enough, I’ll be all aboard the euthanasia train, but that won’t be leaving for another 40/50 years. (Or until my mind starts to go, because fuck that existence.)
No
My parents are still alive but if I go off my grandparents I’d be lucky to make it to 75
No chance
As someone approaching 50, the first one is always possible, the second not so much.
I really fucking hope not
Well my genetics are good and my grandparents all lived into their 90s.
I just have to hope the theory that living slow and steady is bigger than all the work they had to do.
I’ve noticed however that those in their 50s and didn’t let themselves go after having kids which is all too common in Ireland are way more mobile than the 50 and 60 year old who did manual labour all their life
fuck I hope not.
Doubt I’ll live to 100, definitely won’t make it to 2100. I hope I’ll make a good enough age though 80’s or 90’s. More importantly hope I’m still healthy and independent.
god I hope not
Id like a decent 75 but I’m riddled with arthritis at 30 so might re evaluate that in a few years 😅
Maybe.
I will be quite dead by then.
