Realising that Verhofstadt, Van Leemhuyzen ***and*** Jommeke have this haircut, and now specifically Belgian canaries as well, I’m surprised we haven’t named this the official Belgian haircut yet.
By royal decree, active from today onward, this haircut is mandatory for all male persons with the Belgian nationality ages 11 and up. Exceptions are made for male persons with natural baldness.
