I’d like to see that 55+ split between people of employable age and retired people, but on the raw numbers this must be a significant concern for Fine Gael.
This is their natural constituency and they seem to be saying “nah, fuck this”.
30% of 18-34 year olds would vote for FF or FG. At least it is a downward trend.
Crazy numbers. FG must be shitting themselves. Usually you might say “ah, but we are doing well with [enter whatever demographic you like here]”….but it seems SF have them beaten in every single category.
If I was FG I’d be thinking about a heave against Varadkar. His brand is toxic at this point and putting him in the Taoiseach chair again this Christmas will just serve to re-establish FG as the target point in the publics mind while FF floats off into the background again.
This is a hard read for FG. Been in power for over a decade and their numbers across the board are only slightly better then FF’s. Ouch!!
Any goodwill from Covid for FG or FF is long forgotten.
Lack of some sort of windfall tax on electricity companies is not going down well id say across all demographics.
That FF number for Connacht/Ulster!
Varadkar is a weather vain for shit buzz
There’s no high earners in their right mind that would vote for SF come election time. That would literally be the turkeys voting for Christmas.
It warms my heart every time I see Aontu with low numbers. Away with your pro-life breakaway. Also not seeing any NP % is a joy.
Hardly surprising if you voted for FG has a high earner hoping they would benefit you even on the most basic promise of a tax cut they have failed.
Why or how is ff/fg in power ??
