The Russians have nowhere near the same capabilities of the US in term of sucking info out of devices.
Though it’s a sensible thing to ban Russian AVs because unfortunately Putin cannot be trusted, and Kaspersky, which was the best solution on the market worldwide, could be now have been hit with a gag order and collaborating with the regime so that part is good.
Too bad the US and its minions are doing even worse. The conspiracy theorists nutjobs basically were right. Actually they couldn’t even imagine the scope of what Obama, bush and all the other criminals have been doing to the world.
The solution: modify the European constitution which is an absolute politicized sellout joke, and make sure that companies and governments alike cannot abuse their powers and stop their sniffing info activities. Privacy is a fundamental right. And no, i don’t buy the “think of the children” trope. The fight against pedophiles is an alibi.
