Let’s rebuild our relationship with the royals to create a fairer Britain

  1. Any rebuilding of the relationship must involve redistribution of the aristocracy’s illegitimately-owned lands. With their feudal duties gone, why should they retain the privileges?

  2. I reckon we should keep Elizabeth II as the Queen. Just because she’s dead doesn’t mean she has to stop being the Queen. If fact we’ll say she simply moved where she does her Queenly business. Used to be down here but now she’s being the Queen from up in heaven.

Queen Elizabeth the Eternal one, long may she reign over us.

  3. Give up the feudal lands and sovereign grants, sign over all the palaces, artwork and whatever to the state and they can live as tenants in Buckingham Palace and still do the state functionary stuff, for which they can be paid in line with what a high ranking diplomat/civil servant can expect.

  4. How about we make a puppy the king and he gets to live in Buckingham Palace. When people meet the king they have to bring treats and scratch behind his ears
