As a general rule, I try to be as absolutely neutral on articles that touch on religion since I take everyone’s right to freedom of belief seriously, and I am personally inclined to actively not be disrespectful or antagonistic.
That being said, I really, really wish this guy would just stop talking. Nothing good comes from mixing religious rhetoric with warfare, not today. I’m not saying he’s wrong about defending yourself, but I do wish he kept out of secular matters as much as possible.
