That law is not new. You should get your money back.
You realise the problem is not the Belgian law but adoptme, right? They could remove the predatory practises they have in their game and comply with the Belgian law but they are far to greedy to do that.

I played a tank-game for 8 years during my childhood. in those years i probably spent more than €100…
One feature in their game is “Random crates”… You can guess the rest. Bye to my account unless I get a vpn. I never even bought one of those crates, they were and still are a terrible deal.
Do yourself a favor and read a book. None of the smart kids back in my high school ever played any video games. They spent their time studying and preparing for university.

Don’t hate Belgium. Hate the game for using illegal and (let’s face it) immoral practices.
You should hate the game for using manipulative monetization strategies, not your country for trying to make them behave properly.
