Steam tornado in Tampere today over Näsijärvi Tags:finland 3 comments Please excuse my ignorance, I come from a tropical country. Can someone explain why and how this steam forms? Finland is called Trombi, not tornado. Wow, that’s really cool, didn’t know that was a thing. It is pretty unusual to be minus 10 deg celsius and not have the lake frozen over yet.
