Lieferandos order system is down atm – have a look at the shitstorm going on on their social media accounts.
Please try to stay away from lieferando. They (used to?) treat their drivers very badly and take a huge share of the restaurants. Try too look up the restaurants and call them directly to ask if they do deliveries on their own.
Honestly, I was going to guess ‘large bomb defusing day’ before reading the other comments. But I guess that’s only being observed in Stoppenberg.

I work at customer support and around 6:15pm the system had a complete brake down. Imagine hundreds of thousands of orders not going through and every customer and restaurant was calling. Please keep that in mind if complaining about answering time
