I do enjoy that RTE and especially the Claire Byrne show tend to have people on who really know their talking about.
Where as you will have news talk who will have an expert with a PHD in their area and years of experience on to debate with Mannix Flynn.

Could we get someone less biased, and a bit less blind, to talk about property? This guy is constantly given a free pass, no matter how much he gets wrong.
Edit: okay maybe “clown” is a bit harsh, but until I see his views being subject to question, instead of the current online approbation, I’ll continue to lambast him in much the same manner he crticises the efforts to fix the housing crisis.
