I’ve moved in this place for a month and today one of the two radiators in my room broke off when I accidentally hit it with my thigh. Is there anyway to fix it and how so? Do I need to give my landlord the replacement/repair money?

Easy to fix.
Just get a Rohrzange
Just re-fasten the knob
Turn the silver ring to open up those black plastic ‘claws’, snap the thing (It’s the thermostat) back on and tighten the ring.
just screw it in again. Attention, the valve is now fully open and the heater is running at full power.
