Plokkfiskur and Rugbraud (I made the Rugbraud in my ricecooker to control the cook temperature)

  1. How did it taste? Plenty of white pepper?
    What’s next? Kjötsúpa? Boiled kjōtfars with root vegetables and plenty of butter?

  2. If you can get your hands on it then smoked haddok is great in plokkfiskur. Might be called smoked kipper.
