I bought this candelabra in a Belgium street market some months ago, for Halloween. I’m intrigued by the marks, I googled a lot but I don’t find any info. Do someone recognize this stamps? Thanks

Probably the blacksmith’s personal mark, like how painters sign their paintings. The 21 might refer to the year it was made?
The only 21 stamp I’m familiar with is a 21 karat stamp in jewelry which typically means it’s 21/24ths pure gold.
So perhaps the 21 refers to the purity of whatever alloy your item is made of? The other mark is likely a maker’s mark.
I have no idea, but if you want to have a good laugh post it to r/sigils or some other occult subreddit and watch the mental gymnastics
