How ’bout a total SWIFT ban? As far as I can tell, partial bans are useless because the whitelisted banks can transact on behalf of the blacklisted ones.

The problem with having the colors of both the EU and Ukraine be blue and gold is that I don’t know what that outfit is supposed to represent.
Get all Russian banks out of SWIFT.
All of them. Ban all non-essential trade with Russia. Put tariffs on all Russian exports, including oil. Stop issuing visas.
