buy new screen, replace yourself. youtube has tutorials that are specific down to model

Check on google maps. Katowice is a fairly large city. There’s definitely some 5 star rated repair shops there
I would invest in anger management and just use a desktop screen. You can also replace the whole screen pretty easily, just need to find the screen part for the exact model, and follow a Youtube video, probably take you 1-2 hours if you’re a noob.
Pro Tipp: add your laptops name and brand in order to get better answers.
