  1. Not sure about this one, but Stare Miasto was completely destroyed by Germans in WW2. Probably it is reconstruction…

  2. Your question is surprisingly vague. Because of weirdness of Warsaw’s old town. I mean it is a copy, created using Renaissance Italians paintings after the war. So is not even a copy… Anyways…

This building has always had this relief on it. So it is not a recent work. Was this present before the war, I don’t know.

As for the artist I can’t help you there, sry as well, since it has been created in the 1950’s.

  3. I did some research and managed to find the author. **Krystyna Kozłowska**. She also did the fresco on [this building](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/14/Kamienica%2C_ul._Ko%C5%9Bcielna_16%2C_Warszawa%2C_dz._%C5%9Ar%C3%B3dmie%C5%9Bcie%2C_Obecnie_ul._Ko%C5%9Bcielna_14_16%2C_Mart2.JPG). Here you can see her at work ([in the middle](https://www.whitemad.pl/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/sgraffiti-archiwum-2.jpg)).
She created mosaics (‘[The Abduction of Europa](http://www.sztuka.net/palio/html.run?_Instance=sztuka&_PageID=42&_cms_=yes&_tytul=sztuka.net&_obrazek_id=2901)’).
In general, information about her is scattered around the web, and it’s hard for me to verify that it’s always about the same person (I found at least one other Krystyna Kozlowska, who is also a painter in a similar age range).
