Beautiful Czech playing cards – what is the story behind these characters, how they are dressed, and what they are holding?

It looks like a quite usual set of [French-suited](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/French-suited_playing_cards) playing cards – King (K), Queen (Q) and the Jack (J) made according to [Viennese pattern](https://www.wopc.co.uk/austria/wiener) from early 19th century. Sometimes figures on cards can have thematic items visible pertaining to their symbol, but I don’t think it’s the case here. Looks like a quite modern print.
