Hello everyone!
I am a non EU citizen and I currently have a temporary residence permit which is still tied to my employer.
As I am looking for a new job now, I found a lot of great oppotunities that are only hiring remotely with no business unit in Germany.
For the time being my next job should support my visa transfer (change of employer) in order for me to stay in Germany, so I have been looking for solutions to make a freelance contract workout for me.
A freelance visa is as far as I know requires clients from Germany and its a hustle to get.
Then I came across TCP Solutions and [Remote.com](https://Remote.com) which sounds like a good plan since they support visa and can hire me on the behalf of other employer abroad.
My questions are, how good are this services? does anyone have an experience with them? is it a husle for the employer to work with these providers?
What are options do I have other then using these sevices ?
I would really appreciate any kind of help or advice!
