Just went to vote YES.

  1. It’s funny that for once you do not see any pro-campaign posters. Could anything be more insulting than just let the naysayers have their stage to cry around and vote yes anyway?

  2. Recently hat to drive to Schwyz to visit a client… holy f*ck… there isn’t a single light post without a “No” poster attached to it.

  3. I saw a yes ad in an sbb train. But I have seen no ads at least 30 times this month. I don’t have a vote in Switzerland but I hope the COVID law ends up as yes. If not, the massive 5th wave is going to fuck us up and hand us our asses.

  4. The No campaign of the Covid-Referendum is doing everything wrong right now. They are essentially thinking that everyone in society is either unvaxxed or a conspiracy nutjob. Their campaign is way too loud and way too annoying while offering no message to moderates on why they should vote no.

My prediction: around 60% yes to 40% no on Sunday on the Covid referendum.

  5. I’m getting worried for another reason: riots. You all saw the protests and riots in the Netherlands, Belgium, Guadeloupe, Austria, …

It may happen here. I’m keeping an inch of faith that, since we have a vote on it, we’ll be able to say that it’s what the people want and therefore not tyranny – hence calming everyone’s spirits. I truly hope it does, otherwise it may get ugly.
