I’ve a heat pump that I can’t figure out how to connect to my WiFi network, so I can’t use the app, or really figure out how to control it at all. The instructions I can find online/on the app are for a different model, so I’m pretty stuck. Any advice/help appreciated.
Have the same one…for the last 5 years….Still haven’t figured it out
No help here bit do you have heating set to 35°C?
The numbers are the two underfloor heating temperatures and the water temperature. If you find it too cold in rooms that don’t have thermometers in it, adjust the temperature of the floor up a degree or so higher and see how ya feel.
There’s likely a thermometer outside so the underfloor heating will adjust the temperature based on the outside temperature so it’s not heating too much when it’s warm outside.
I’ve a similar model I think and never got it connected to the WiFi, don’t think mine actually has that ability. But once you get the timing of water and the temperatures in rooms right, you can just forget about it.
Left dial is to navigate menus, thinking clicking it or the right one is confirmation and just double check things are saving
Don’t know if I’m telling you something you already know but hopefully this helps.
Heat pumps typically have a set point to heat the water that they use to heat the rest of the house. For underfloor hearing it’s typically most efficient if that set point is 35 degrees or less, if you have radiators then for those to work most effectively the set point needs to be higher which will cause the heat pump to work less efficiently.
That display is showing that your heat pump is set to what should be a pretty efficient configuration.
There should be one or more thermostats in your house which will control the temperature target for the zones (often separate for upstairs and downstairs) – the temperature of the water in the heating system is not the same as the temperature that you want the rooms to be.
Ideally you set the heat pump up to be as efficient as it can be and then you leave it alone and use the thermostats to control the temperature of the house.
So do you have easy to manage thermostats elsewhere? Because that’s really where you should be looking for control over your heating.
