Spider bro. They be helping keep your house fly free.

I don’t know enough about the spiders to I.D them.

  2. Aldi sell those sticks with soft bristles that open and close at the end to catch and release spiders..
    Buy it!!!

  3. What’s with r/ireland taking pictures of the most common spiders in ireland and asking what they are? Where have you all been living your whole lives?

  4. That looks like a fairly typical orb weaver. Where I’m from orb weavers usually have a crab-carapace like shape with cool spikes protrusions. And they’re typically white with the spikes being black, but the black with red spikes are pretty normal too.

Orb weavers are dope. There are a LOT of variants. I think “banana” spiders are also a type of orb weaver (don’t quote me on that though).

I don’t remember much about their bites. But I know the spider bites I got as a kid didn’t give me spidey powers and one sent me to the hospital (didn’t see what type, stuck my hand in a bush).

TLDR: It looks like an orb weaver. I’m 90% sure. Body shape.
